As of May 1, 2024, rent is $345.00 a month.  

Late Fees:  Rent is due on or before the first of the month.  Payments received after the 5th of the month will be charged a late fee of $2 per day accrued from the first day of the month.

The annual yard sale is June 7 & 8, 2024

The trailer for grass clippings, leaves, small trimmings and garden waste is located on the top of Ash Street on Maple Drive.  Starting April 1

Please no bags, or trash in the trailer.

Recent home buyers should be aware that if they haven't received tax bills, they should call Benner Township Tax Collector Jessica Bradley at 814-574-5087.  Failure to receive a tax bill does not excuse homeowners from paying taxes.

If payment is not made within the tax deadline, you will be liable for penalties.

City/Township Tax:  Jan. thru December and are bill in February                                                         

School Tax:  July thru June and are billed in August                                                                          

According to your lease, dogs are NOT permitted at your residence or in the community.

You may have indoor cats, but you must keep them inside your home or confined them to your yard.

The posted speed limit in Continental Courts is 15 MPH at all times.

Residents should be aware that driving faster than 15 MPH on Continental Courts property is a violation of the lease.
